BOTTLED
HELL CHEESEBURGER
2 lb..
ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
8 oz.. Bottled Hell Hot Sauce
6-7 slices cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients (except cheese)
and make 6 or 7 burgers. Grill burgers,
basting each side with Bottled Hell.
Add cheese and let melt. Serve on bun
with favorite toppings and cold beer.

HELL MEAT LOAF
2 lb..
ground chuck
1 oz. bread crumbs (French bread, preferably)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 whole egg
3/4 bottle Bottled Hell Hot Sauce
2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 of 14 oz. bottle of ketchup
2 tbsp. salt or substitute
Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4
bottle of Bottled Hell and 1/4 bottle
of ketchup. Shape mixture into loaf and
place in roasting pan. Bake 35 minutes
at 400 degrees. Remove and check for desired
doneness. Mix reserved 1/4 bottle of ketchup
and 1/4 bottle of Bottled Hell in equal
parts and liberally coat top of meat loaf.
Return to oven for 10 - 15 minutes at
475 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.

HELL AND CREAM CHEESE
One
8 oz. block cream cheese
1 bottle Bottled Hell Hot Sauce
1 package Triscuits
1 jar mint jelly (3 oz..)
Place cream cheese on a plate and pour
Bottled Hell over top. Serve with Triscuits
and mint jelly on the side. Serves 20
people.

Velveeta cheese
8 oz. Bottled Hell Hot Sauce (add more
if desired)
Melt cheese, add Bottled Hell and serve
with chips.

ketchup
1/4 c. horseradish
1/4 c. Bottled Hell Hot Sauce
10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Combine and chill. Serve with shrimp and
crab. Substitute 2 cups mayonnaise for
the ketchup and you have a nice Horseradish
Sauce for dipping.

Layer the following
ingredients in a 12 oz. dish:
1 handful
of Frito's chips
2 oz. Bottled Hell Hot Sauce
4 oz. canned chili, with or without
beans, warmed
2 oz. grated cheese
Onions or other toppings are optional.
Takes 10 minutes from start to serve and
the kids love it!

1 package dry vegetable dip mix or any
dip mix you like.
Make dip following package instructions
and combine with 3 tablespoons of Bottled

and paprika.
